Shipping:

No minimum order.

A $10.95 shipping and handling charge will be applied to all orders shipped via UPS-Ground. (Continental United States). This excludes orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.

Additional shipping options such as UPS-2nd Day, UPS-Next Day and USPS can be selected during checkout. Unless prior arrangements have been made, orders shipping to Canada can not be expedited. All PayPal orders are shipped UPS-Ground (PO boxes are shipped USPS).

An additional shipping charge of $30.00 will be applied to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

Unusually "heavy" or "bulky" orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be contacted by a sales representative to confirm additional charges.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to brokerage fees, customs fees, and local taxes. All fees are the responsibility of the receiving party. These fees vary by region and are not collected by Pointe Products, Inc. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours of receipt. You will be contacted in the event there is a delay in shipping your order.

Pointe Products, Inc. does not provide products or services outside the United States and Canada.

Due to UPS regulations, all aerosol products must be shipped UPS-Ground. Aerosol products cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Michigan residents and businesses are subject to 6.00% sales tax without a valid tax exempt number.

Pointe Products, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order where the billing address is invalid or billing and shipping address do not match.
